- Solicitation - Flood Debris Collection Services at Whitney Lake, Texas This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562119. Size standard: $38.5 Million. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Only one offer will be made by the government. Project Information: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Flood Debris Collection Services at Whitney Lake, Texas for the duration of the contract period as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will be for 30 calendar days after contract award. A formal site visit shall be performed in order to clarify expectations and answer any questions concerning the requirements of the specified work. A formal site visit will be conducted on 15 July 2016 at 10:00am at the Whitney Lake Office (285 CR3602, Clifton, TX 76634). The Government contact for this action is Mr. Dwight Black (254-622-7380).
