- Revised description of requirements Advised copy dated July 1, 2016/16. The Telehandler must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. 10,000 pound lift capacity; 4000 pounds when fully extended; & 3000 pounds at maximum reach 2. Max Lift height 56ft 10in 3. Max reach of 42ft 4. Minimum mast tilt of -7 degrees lowered and 70 degrees fully extended. 5. Overhead guard rated at capacity of the lift for protection of the operator. 6. 48 in carriage and pallet forks. 7. Four wheel design all with fenders and full time 4WD/4WS. 8. Full gauge cluster with engine diagnostic display with battery discharge indicator, hour meter, reverse motion alarm & boom angle indicator. 9. Hydraulic power assisted steering. 10. 3 speed forward & reverse power shift transmission 11. Rear axle stabilization system, front axle differential lock, twin axle mounted stabilizers, 12. Air filled rough terrain tires 13. ANSI/ITSDF B56.6, CSA B335 Standards Compliance 14. Standard manufacturer warranty Note: Deleted Line item no enclosed Cab with A/C is needed.
