- The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the successful prosecution and completion of the removal of the existing asphalt shingle roof and the installation of a new asphalt shingle roof, associated roof flashing and sheet metal work, a new plywood deck installed over the existing T & G wood deck and any required carpentry repairs to the existing roof deck including demolition or removal of rotted or unsound items as specified under Attachment 0001 (SOW) and Attachment 0002 (Drawings).
