Please note that a proposal is NOT requested at this time and will NOT be accepted. This request does not obligate the Government to any contractual award. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary. No entitlements to payment or direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submissions of response.
