- The Government is looking for a minimum of 1,400 ANSI/BOMA square feet and a maximum of 1,800 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space within the city limits of Glasgow, MT. The lease term is 10 years; 5 years firm term. The space must be available for occupancy by 8/1/2018. The lease must be a fully serviced lease. Additional Requirements: -Offered space shall be Class A office space. -Offered space shall be located within two blocks of public transportation and within one mile of restaurants and shopping. -Office space shall not be located near bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space.
