PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE / SITE VISIT A Site Visit will be held at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Road, Elgin, OK. a.The site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:30 AM. b.Offerors are encouraged to notify the Cemetery and/or Contracting Officer of their plans to attend. Notification should include: Company Name, Address, Names of Attendees, and Phone No. Attendance notification should be received by Monday, July 11, 2016, via email no later than 2 PM.
