- Description
- The project includes but is not limited to the following work: The contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repair parts, tools, and supplies, and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the following location: Stanley J. Roszkowski U.S. Courthouse, 327 S. Church Street, Rockford, IL This acquisition will be procured as a total small business set-aside, open to all small business concerns. Small business concerns, including 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 million. This will be a negotiated, best value procurement and is being solicited as a 12-month (one year) Base contract with the Government having the unilateral right to extend the services for four additional 12-month (one year) Option periods. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 12-month period. Iinterested offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 18, 2016. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as FedBizOpps.
