- FINAL DOCUMENT This is a sources sought to determine the availability and technical capability of businesses (large and small) to provide the required products and/or services to promote Cyber Defense by providing a Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Detection and Mitigation Solution, hereafter referred to as DDoS-MS, which will monitor network traffic traversing the internet/NIPRNET boundary as well as internal Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network (DoDIN) traffic in order to protect DoDIN assets. Firms who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email NLT 18 Jul 2016 at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The response should not exceed a 5 MB e-mail limit for all items associated with the RFI response. Interested vendors should forward their capabilities and other information to be considered to jacqueline.d.johnson20.civ@mail.mil. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to jacqueline.d.johnson20.civ@mail.mil NLT 4:00 PM EDT 7 Jul 2016. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted to FBO. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after the question due date will be answered. The Government will not reimburse companies for any costs associated with the submissions of their responses
