- Draft PWS Sources Sought The US Southern Command, 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office - Miami, Doral FL is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Acquisition Support Center Services. The intention is to procure these services on an 8(a) Program competitive basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.805. The Acquisition Support Center is designated as the Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) in support of all procurement related requirements for USSOUTHCOM and its Area of Responsibility (AOR). A&AS outputs may take the form of documented information, alternatives, analyses, recommendations and training, as needed, for the successful performance of ongoing Government operations. IT specific Acquisition also requires accomplishment of IT Portfolio Management Activities in accordance with (IAW) Army policy. The services will be used to support USSOUTHCOM's J854 Acquisition Support Center and the SCJ650 Information Policy and Governance Branch - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division.
