- Technical Drawings Draft Statement of Work Draft CLN Structure The United States Department of State is currently working two (2) projects (Costa Rica ICD Warehouse Improvement Solicitation SAQMMA16R0428 and Murcilago CR Barracks Remodeling Solicitation SAQMMA16R0429) in Costa Rica. For the purpose of efficiency and economic reasons the US Government has decided to hold the preconference and site visit for this project the same week as the project for the Costa Rica ICD Warehouse Improvement Solicitation SAQMMA16R0428 The preconference will be performed as follows: Date: July 12, 2016 Time: 10:00 am Place: Hotel Intercontinental Escazu Address: In front of Multiplaza Shopping Center, Escazu San Jose, 11856-1000, Costa Ric Site Visit for Murcielago Project: Date: July 13, 2016 Time: 2:00pm Address: Murcielago Police Academy, Cuajiniquil de La Cruz. Guanacaste, Costa Rica A draft version of the CLN Structure, Statement of Work and technical drawing have been added to this synopsis to allow you to prepare for the preconference and site visit which will occur before the final solicitation is posted on July 15, 2016.
