- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Remodeling of Barracks for the Police Academy at Murcielago, Costa Rica. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 240 calendar days. The solicitation is expected to be posted on July 15, 2016 and available for 30 days - reference SAQMMA-16-R-0429. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
