- IGF::OT::IGF HISTORICAL LANDSCAPING. The work will be performed at George Rogers Clark National Historical Park, Vincennes, Indiana, and consists of a Contractor providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and other items, services and incidentals necessary to replant the planters at the Lincoln Memorial Bridge Approach and the Linden Allee in the east and west mall areas of the memorial so that the original design is reestablished. The allee is located on top of rich archeological resources within the memorial landscape. The Final Project Specifications and Final Planting Drawings will be issued with the Solicitation, which will be posted on or about July 8, 2016; however, a draft of the Project Specifications and Planting Drawings are included with this Announcement. NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services Small Business Size Standard: $7.5 million Set Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit: There will be only one scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit that will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park, Visitor Center, 401 S. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana. Prospective Offerors are encouraged and expected to attend the scheduled site visit, to inspect the site, and to satisfy themselves regarding the conditions that may affect the cost of the products and performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
