- Amendments 2 and 3 contained an incorrect Section L document. The version contained in those amendments were posted as a result of a configuration control issue. This amended Sections L is consistent with the original posted in the RFP and has been updated to include the revisions made as a result of the questions. Specifically, Section L is revised to indicate on page 3 that a title page is required for each volume, to remove the Cross Reference Matrix from the Technical Volume body and leave it only in the Appendix in Table 1 on page 4, to add the Table of Contents to Volume III in Table 1 on page 4, to remove the reference to the PIPFS in subfactor one and replace it with SRD (para 4.2.5a) on page 9, and to add SOW 3.11.3 to the Cross Reference Matrix on page 50. Section L posted with this amendment supersedes all previous versions. Amendment 2 contained an incorrect Section M document. The version contained in that amendment was posted as a result of a configuration control issue. This amended Section M is consistent with the original posted in the RFP and has been updated to include the revision made as a result of the questions. Specifically, Section M is to remove the reference to the PIPFS in subfactor one and replace it with SRD. Sections M posted with this amendment supersedes all previous versions.
