- Pre-solicitation questions and answers Attachment J7 - Price Template Attachment J6 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment J5 Attachment J4 Attachment J3 Attachment J2 Attachment J1 SF 1449 and UCF Sections This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, LCCIO16R0102, is issued as an unrestricted Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88-1 / 06-15-2016. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The applicable Product Service Code is D306 - IT and Telecom - Systems Analysis. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated multiple-award IDIQ contract and initial task order awards. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and Section M, evaluation factors for award. The government's response to pre-solicitation questions received from interested offerors is also included within the packages page of this FedBizOpps announcement.
