- Solicitation MCC-16-RFQ-0174 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. The successful offeror will be selected through a competitive process, using the evaluation criteria and the evaluation process described in Solicitation MCC-16-RFQ-0174. The solicitation number is MCC-16-RFQ-0174 and represents a request for quote. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the Statement of Work, included herewith as described below. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be the Millennium Challenge Corporation, 1099 Fourteenth Street, NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20005-3550 and FOB point of destination. Offeror's must include in the subject line: " MCC-16-RFQ-0174 ACQUISTION SURGE SUPPORT". This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 541611 with a small business size standard of $15 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. A Time & Material, Personal Services contract is contemplated. The period of performance consist of a one-year base period and six month option period. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), as required by FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management. If you are already registered in SAM, you are hereby advised to review your information to ensure that your registration is complete and verified. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer.
