- IPP Waiver Solicitation Package The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG) has a requirement for seven (7) Reserved Parking Spaces for a one (1) year period. The Contractor shall provide seven (7) reserved parking spaces within a six (6) block radius from the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, located at 27 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068. The Contractor shall provide daily parking (Monday thru Sunday) with 24 hour access. This parking facility needs to be well lit with a working elevator and daily montoring (by person and/or camera's). These parking spaces need to be guaranteed and/or reserved. This solicitation is an open market, firm-fixed price contract. The Government anticipates awarding a one (1) year award. Period of Performance is from 08/01/2016 - 07/31/2017. Please note the Questions and Quote Due Dates and the response instructions for this solicitation on Page 2 of the SF 1449. Please pay close attention to the Instructions to Offerors beginning on page 14.
