- HNCC Cultural Advisor Solicitation The Combined Joint Operations Center-Jordan (CJOC-J) Host Nations Coordination Cell has a requirement for a civilian hired Cultural Advisors to facilitate continuity and long term relationships with key leaders in the Government of Jordan including Ministry and General Officer level contacts. The operational tempo and rotation cycle of US military personnel assigned to the HNCC prohibits long term relationship building and institutional knowledge required for support to Title-10 operations in Jordan including support to US combat operations in and over Syria. Without this contract the HNCC operations will halt with each rotation of personnel and frustrate Jordan leaders with continually changing personnel.
