Contractor will pipe from dryer/filters to existing header connection with ball valve. Contractor will provide extra tee/ball valve for future use/piping to another area. Contractor will pipe from compressor ball valve to dryer and filters inside building. (Penetrate wall) Contractor will run condensation tubing from drain valves to Oil/Water separator. Contractor will Startup and Test system providing CSMS‐M with a functional and efficient finished product. Buy Terms Equipment Condition: New Equipment Only; All items must be covered by the manufacturer's Warranty. Shipping Condition: Shipping must be free on Board (FOB) destination (CONUS), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing with a small business size of 1,000 employees. The solicitation ends on Friday, 08 July 2016 CST, and all offerors are due by that deadline. Submitted questions will be addressed if they are asked no later than 4PM CST on Wednesday, 06 July 2016. As per FAR 52.237-1, Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where installation are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. EVALUATION CRITERIA The TNARNG is soliciting for quote and intends to award Firm-Fixed Price Contract. In addition, this will be made IAW FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
