- SOW THIS IS A TOTAL HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN SET-ASIDE This Pre-Solicitation is being solicited in accordance with SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Sources Sought-16-B-PMV094 to be SET-ASIDE for all HUBZONE Small Business. SUMMARY OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to perform repair for the replacement of windows and roof at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Charleston - SC. All material and equipment must be manufactured in the US. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications Project No. 4503670, Drawings Number M2114-D & 12-7-88, and the contract. LOCATION: U.S. Coast Guard Sector Charleston - SC, 196 TRADD Street, Charleston - SC 29401 NOTICE OF ORGANIZED SITE VISIT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.236-27 PARAGRAPH (b) AND (c), SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) ALTERNATE I (Feb 1995): (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:00am. (c) Participants will meet at the Main Gate - 196 TRADD Street, Charleston, SC 29401 All participants must send an email to marvin.c.bethel@uscg.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. EDT on 8 July 2016 with all personnel full names, company name, and a good contract number so your company can gain access to the location. Offers are requested to review and read the entire IFB documents upon receipt of the solicitation. The following are tentative dates for this project: Solicitation issued: July 2016 Bid Opening: August 2016 Contract Performance Completion: November 2016 Telephonic requests will not be honored and a bidder list will not be maintained. The Government POC is Marvin Bethel, marvin.c.bethel@uscg.mil. Proposals must be submitted via mailed to the Government point of contact as stated. Please provide your RFI via email in PDF or MS Word format. The firewall utilized for U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Miami does not authorize or accept zip files. Note: Proposal submitted after the prescribed date and time of the posted solicitation may not be considered for award. Proposal shall be mailed in accordance with the solicitation instructions.
