- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis Solicitation: N68335-16-T-0327 Title: Robotic Sensors NAICS Code: 334511 FSC Code: 6695 Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ 08733 intends to procure the manufacture and delivery of two (2) HDL-32E Sensors. It is anticipated that this will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement will be limited competition among the OEM, Velodyne Lidar Inc. and its authorized distributors. The Sensors are in support of the RISE laboratory. Responses stating interest are due within 15 days of this posting. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to revise the acquisition strategy. A determination by the Government not to change the strategy based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
