- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to secure services for performing Mastication release in conifer plantations within the Cypress- Whittington Plantation project areas on the Lassen national forest. The Contractor shall, considering the specific tasks and critical subtasks involved, develop a plan of operations to accomplish the tasks and critical subtasks, and organize and direct all of the operations and personnel needed to fully accomplish the work. The Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will available on around June 29, 2016. The project is located on the Hat Creek Ranger District, Lassen National Forest, and Shasta County, California. The legal for the project is as follows: T.34N R.3E Sec.20, 21.28, 29 and 35 and T33N R3E Sec 2. The project areas is 333 acres. Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 1:00 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
