This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is VA259-16-Q-0370 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. This solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System is 339112. Small Business standard is 1,000 people. Item quoted must be the exact item listed OR EQUAL. The contracting officer will determine if the quoted product is a suitable substitution making them qualify as an OR EQUAL product.
