- SOURCES SOUGHT EXTENDED TO 7 JULY 2016 This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for the attached 107 NSN; LRAS3 spare part for which the government intends to add-on to noncommercial contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017. The Long Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3) is a multi-function line of sight target acquisition common sensor suite which is designed to provide real time target detection, recognition, and identification capabilities. Per DLAD 52.216-9006 (AUG 2005) -Addition/Deletion of Items. The Add-on procedures under this clause will be followed. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (I). Approved Source(s): Raytheon Company (CAGE 96214). The applicable parts are attached.
