- NAICS: 333413 DLA Land Warren anticipates issuing a full and open competition solicitation that will result in a Firm-Fixed Price that will result in a one-time buy with one 100% option for the following item: NSN: 4240-01-615-1867 Noun: Filter Unit, Gas-Par Military PN: 5-19-8892-20 Quantity: 31 each Option Quantity: 31 each FOB: Destination Packaging: Military B End Item: Filter Units The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 14 July 2016 with an approximate response date of 15 August 2016 (see solicitation for actual offer due date). No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will instruct on how to obtain drawings.
