- This publication omits floor plan attachments. USHMM is making full Q&A with attachments available to all Prospective Offerors subject to a nondisclosure agreement. Prospective Offerors interested in receiving the attachments may contact USHMM for secure information. Through this solicitation, USHMM seeks to hire a vendor to replace its current WiFi networks in the Museum building and two of its offices (all in Washington, DC). The contracted services ("Services") consist of running Category 6a cables and installing access points at various locations, provisioning equipment on an as needed basis, all as further described in the attached documents. USHMM has scheduled a mandatory walk-through for Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 8:30 AM ET, limited to up to two (2) representatives from each Potential Offeror, by prior registration. To attend, e-mail Bruce Falk (BFalk@ushmm.org) on or before June 10, 2016 at 5:00 PM ET with the name, title, and contact information (i.e., e-mail address and phone) of each participant and the name of the firm they represent. USHMM will follow up with confirmation and more detailed instructions, including a nondisclosure agreement, signature of which shall be a prerequisite for participation. PLEASE NOTE: USHMM has extended the due date for proposals to July 12, 2016, 5:00 PM ET
