- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Navy Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Radiopharmaceutical Supplies to be used by Nuclear Medicine Department at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD). This pre-solicitation notice is to inform industry that the NMLC intends to release solicitation number N62645-16-R-0055 around mid-June 2016. The FFP contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The requirement will be fulfilled via an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325412 with a Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.FBO.gov. To receive consideration, vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). In addition, vendors must be registered under the correct NAICS code. Telephone requests and questions will not be accepted.
