- NSN 1680-01-3837989 PR 63900488, solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-2262; Item: belt, aircraft safety for H-60 helicopter. Approved Sources are Carleton Life Support (99251) Pacific Science (45402) P/N: 011190207-03 and US ARMY (81996). This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 189 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. Export Control does not apply. The delivery is 220 days ARO.. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Item is source controlled with AMC/AMSC 1B. TINA has not been breached therefore certified cost and data are not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Progress payment is not authorized.
