- Solicitation P16PS01393 The National Park Service, North Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for the improvement of asphalt pavement roads and parking slips in the Rocky Knob Campground of the Blue Ridge Parkway (BLRI); located near MP 167, Virginia within the counties of Floyd and Patrick. This acquisition is small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $36.5 million. Elements of the project include: A. Milling and repaving 15,600-square yards (SY) of asphalt pavement in all campground loop roads, including parking slips, to a depth of 1.5 inches. B.The additive work (as authorized by the Contracting Officer): a.Deep patching of 500 SY of asphalt pavement b.Reset 786 LF of stone curbing in Loop T. c.Milling and repaving 1,430 SY of asphalt waterway to a depth of 2 inches.
