- Description
- This proposed contract action is for the procurement of engineering services for the PAC-3 Enhanced Launcher Electronic System (ELES) and Fire Solution Computer (FSC) software and hardware post deployment build (PDB) tactical fielding activities. This effort also provides engineering support to the System Guidance and Computer Program (SGCP), the Multi-band Radio Frequency Data Link (MRFDL), and the Seeker and Simplified Inertial Measurement Unit (SIMU). The engineering services includes logistics maintenance engineering, logistics software support, engineering functional support, and program management support for the PAC-3 missile program. The proposed source for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75051, commercial and government entity (CAGE) code 64059. LMMFC is the developer and producer of the PAC-3 missile segment and support equipment, and the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and a full disclosure technical data package (TOP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition.
