- The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, under a recommendation by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), seeks input from prospective Offerors on this DRAFT Solicitation for Services to Support the Adjudication and Payment of Fee-for-Service Medicaid Claims and the Enrollment and Management of Providers (ASO). This is a request for input only. No award will be made and no contract will result from this posting. In addition, no vendor shall be prohibited from responding to this solicitation once the final draft has been posted.
