- Combo Synopsis/Solicitation #N62645-16-R-0062 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation on an SF1449 will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as "Brand Name Only". The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing two (2) liposuction units, manufactured by MicroAire Surgical Instruments, capable of meeting the Brand Name Essential Characteristics included in the attached combo synopsis/solicitation #N62645-16-R-0062.
