- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement for market research in support of N62473-16-R-0602, P-1220, CONSTRUCT RAW WATER PIPELINE TO FALLBROOK, MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, OCEANSIDE, CA. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions and will not be disclosed outside the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. Further, the Navy is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the analysis. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Synopsis that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no debrief, evaluation letters, and/or results will be issued to the participants. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a proposal package or solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of this project, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Interested sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis by completing Attachment 1 - Company Information and Attachment 2 - Technical Information. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis are due no later than Friday, July 8, 2016, 12:00 P.M. (Pacific Time). The responses should be submitted electronically via e-mail to Joshua Mentink, at joshua.mentink@navy.mil. Responses received after the deadline or without the required information shall not be considered.
