- The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Acquisition Center, National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Branch intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Chemstations (Cage Code 1NDK0) for CHEMCAD Suite, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. Chemstation, located at 3100 Wilcrest Drive, Suite 300 Houston, Texas 77042 (www.chemstations.com), is currently the only organization in the world able to produce and offer the product known as CHEMCAD. Chemstations owns and controls all of the proprietary rights in this product. The period of performance of the subscription service is 1 August 2016 to 31 July 2016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 - Software Publisher, with a size standard is 1000 employees. Any firm who believes they can provide the CHEMCAD may submit a written response for consideration by the NGIC Contracting Office. Note: The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
