- Performance Work Statement Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the United States Air Force ISR Innovations (AF/A2I) are partnering to deploy two suites of information operations and collaboration capabilities to multiple National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Mission Ground Station sites and Headquarters. These suites of tools are known as an Advanced Collaboration Enterprise Services Operating Environment (ACES-OE), a program sponsored by AF/A2I. It will be delivered to NRO to create a common operating environment across enterprise operations and facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and visualization, as well as unify their computing environment into a single collaborative workspace that can be shared between all users. The objective of this contract is to procure equipment and provide technical and management support services to install and support two to three additional ACES systems that extend the current ACES environment currently installed at NRO - Joint Collaboration Cell Westfields (NRO JCC-WF). These additional sites will support NRO Mission Ground Station sites and Headquarters. Contract will contain Firm Fixed Price and Cost contract line item numbers in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall obtain authorization from the COR, or their designee, to perform at work locations other than the A2I ACES Lab and the NRO JCC-WF to complete the performance of requirements identified in this PWS.
