- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract that includes re-staining the exterior wood siding, wood trim, and wood fascia, and re-painting all exterior metal doors and door frames including the overhead door at the loading dock, re-painting metal window frames, re-varnishing exterior wood doors, and re-painting exterior structural steel beams located at the Supervisor's Office, Black Hills National Forest, Custer, Custer County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238320 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract time is 60 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
