- PRE-SOLITATION NOTICE CUMBERLAND LEVEE PH II REPAIR PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE For Cumberland Levee Phase II This is a pre-solicitation notice; for the above noted construction project. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation or any follow up postings. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for permanent repairs to return the Cumberland Levee system to the pre-event conditions prior to the record flood event in June 2015. Proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, construction only contract procured in accordance with FAR 15, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing the repairs to return the Cumberland Levee system to the pre-event conditions prior to the record flood event in June 2015. In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the magnitude construction cost price range for this project is: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this project is 365 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237990 which has a small business size standard of $36.5M. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 15 July 2016, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about 15 August 2016. The official solicitation citing this notice number will be issued on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) www.fbo.gov.
