- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract that includes reconditioning of roadbed for 3.86 miles and installation of 13 culverts and 3 extensions located at NFSR144.1 approximately.25 mile north from junction of Vanocker Canyon road (FH26) and Nemo County Road 414.5, Black Hills National Forest, Lawrence County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is between $25,000 and $150,000. Contract time is 110 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
