(ABOA): 8,873 ABOA General Office Space, 3,313 ABOA Warehouse Space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,760 ABOA General Office Space, 3,645 ABOA Warehouse Space Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: - Sites located near daycare facilities or schools will not be considered. -Site shall not be located near any "hazardous materials transportation or storage facilities" as defined by ISC. -The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable -All space shall be contiguous and located on the first floor. -Required space will consist of Class A office space. -All security standards must meet ISC and Publication 64 standards. -Agency must have roof access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In order to be considered, expressions of interest must include all of the following information: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building 2. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced 3. ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability 5. Building ownership information 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any)
