- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Suva, Fiji will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on 12 noon local time July 15th 2016. The Contractor shall provide the American Embassy in Suva, Fiji with preventive maintenance services for their fuel systems. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this contract being in good, operational condition when activated. The price listed shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit, and transportation necessary perform these preventive maintenance services to the Embassy. The contract will be for a one-year period, with one, one-year optional periods of performance. The Contractor must have a secret facility clearance. The DD254 form will be included in the solicitation. In adherence to requirements stipulated by U.S. Government Federal Law, FAR provision 52.204-7, vendors that enter into business with the US Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
