- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Suva, Fiji will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on 12 noon local time July 15th 2016. The vendor will be required to perform power quality analysis and electrical troubleshooting to identify the cause of an intermittent failure of installed Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) located at the American Embassy in Suva, Fiji. In adherence to requirements stipulated by U.S. Government Federal Law, FAR provision 52.204-7, vendors that enter into business with the US Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
