- Sources Sought Notice & Requirement Description (detailed) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, USAFE is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for VMWare Licensing (see Requirements for details). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210 Software Publishers. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to meet the government's requirement, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Capability to provide the items as requested or suggest alternative. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide the required items in the commercial market; 2) determine level competition in the marketplace; 3) identify level of interest of the market to provide the required items; and 4) identify if alternative solutions are available and practicable. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION OR PROCURED THOUGH OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION - BRAND NAME. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
