- Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (Combo) for FA5209-16-Q-1004 Attachment 4: Clause at FAR 252.247-7022 - Representation of Extent of Transportation by Sea Attachment 3: Clause at FAR 52.212-3 - Offerors Representations and Certifications Attachment 2 - Technical Specification Sheet Attachment 1 - Technical Work Statement NOTE: THE REQUIRED ITEMS WILL BE USED IN THIER ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE ABLE TO SHIP ALL ITEMS AND INCIDENTALS TO THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an elevated engrossing station used for embalming at the mortuary at Yokota Air Base, Japan. All prospective offerors shall follow the attached combined synopsis/solicitation document and other attachments for proposal submission. The proposals will be due Monday, June 20th, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., Japan Standard Time (JST).
