- TRACK,FLAP,OUTER WING; END ITEM: AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130 Solicitation for NSN: 1560-00-620-9963, 63612486. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 300 DAYS AFAA FOR PRODUCTION QUANTITY. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 300 DAYS ARO FOR FAT. Govt PLT also applies. This NSN is a non-commercial item that contains requirements for higher level quality, export control, and configuration control. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. NAICS is 336413. This NSN has the following approved sources: Aero Engineering and Manufacturing (CAGE 17772), Frazier Aviation (CAGE 23162), Airborne Technologies (CAGE 58730), and Lockheed Martin (CAGE 98897) all in accordance with part number 348624-15. This is a stock buy with no surge requirements. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. This is a request for proposal for a Definite Quantity Contract. Estimated quantities will be 22 each. Solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside using other than Full and Open Competition procedures. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
