Per the Food Services Administrator, the following National Menu Specification should be used for the requested product. Milk, Pasteurized, Nonfat, Skim, or Fat Free, No Flavor. (CID A-A-20338, Group I, Type D, No Flavor). 1/2 pint containers. DO NOT use the below Specification per the Food Services Administrator: Kosher Milk, Fresh, Skim or Fat Free, Individual 8 Ounce Serving. Total amount may be adjusted to the next highest case count. Must be process under Ultra High Temperatures (UHT). Certified Kosher.
