- LIMITED SOURCES JUSTIFICATION This is a posting of the J&A for record purposes. This is not a solicitation or request for information. There is no expectation of information or inquiries from this posting. Description of Action for Approval: This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. This justification for limiting competition is "in the interest of economy and efficiency" and is authorized as a logical follow-on in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). J&A Statutory Authority FAR 6.302-2 - Unusual and compelling urgency is not applicable to this action. Description of Services: -The service required relates to EADS II System operations and maintenance, audit readiness and information assurance. (See M03 PWS in contract file.) -The estimated workload associated with the above is approximately 5300 hours. -The Period of Performance for this requirement is for six months. -The proposed price for continued service support is $839,000.
