- Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items for a cost-per-reportable contract for two (2) gas chromatography (GC) systems for the Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Laboratory (CIHL) Detachment San Diego. This pre-solicitation notice is to inform industry that the NMLC intends to release solicitation number N62645-16-T-0021 towards the end of June. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The requirement will be fulfilled via a full and open competitive acquisition. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516 with a Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. This solicitation is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Quote (RFQ) and all amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.FBO.gov. To receive consideration, vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). In addition, vendors must be registered under the correct NAICS code. Telephone requests and questions will not be accepted.
