- SF1449 SOW The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell, Virginia intends to issue solicitation number RFQP01141600042, for UPGRADE the FIRING RANGE at FCC Petersburg. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Institution's physical address (FCC Petersburg 1060 River Road Hopewell, Va. 23860). The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website: https://www.fbo.gov on or about JUNE 1, 2016. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the referenced website. The order will be place by the Human Resource Department. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. You are required to provide documentation demonstrating your company's experience. All future information about this solicitation is restricted to Small Business sources who are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities website: https://www.fbo.gov to ensure they have the most- up- to date information about this solicitation. All quotes must be received no later than JUNE 30, 2016 at 2:00pm (Eastern Standard Time). Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
