- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Version 12C and related annual Software Update License. Quantity: 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be sent to the CHESS ITES-SW vendors through the RFX tool on the CHESS website. A written solicitation will not be issued. Only CHESS contract holders will be considered. No responses received through this solicitation will be considered. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement for Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Version 12c and related annual Software Update License and Support for one year, Quantity: 1. The United States Army Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit a 1 year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order under Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS). The total estimated value is approximately $130,000. This action is intended as a competitive award, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (c) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for brand name software maintenance/support in use by Geographic Information System Team to provide maps and other critical information to the APG 911 Call center and the Emergency Operation Command Center. The proposed action is for the procurement of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Version 12c and related annual Software Update License and Support for 1 year. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFQ) under solicitation number W56ZTN-15-T-0002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 511210. The posting date for this Synopsis is 1 June 2016 and the closing date for response is 3 June 2016. All responsible sources under CHESS may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
