- Pre-solicitation Notice The BIA anticipates releasing an RFP for Drupal Migration Services on or around June 15, 2016. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed priced contract, broken into three distinct phases. A request for information was released in April 2016 under solicitation number A16PS00462 (with a tentative statement of work) - this notice is a follow-on to that, and one can expect that when the RFP is released that it will be released under this solicitation number (A16PS00680).
