- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F16PS00610 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 5 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This procurement is being solicited as a firm-fixed price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 336612 with a small business size standard 1,000 employees. The Umbagog National Wildlife refuge requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: Line Item #00010: ¿2016 Maritime 1480 Sport Skiff (Refer to Specification Sheet for details) ¿Quantity: (1) One Each Line Item #00020: ¿Galvanized Bunk Trailer, single axle with 2 ¿ inch ball coupling to include a minimum carrying capacity of 1250 lbs and fit the boat being quoted ¿ Quantity: (1) One Each Line Item #00030: ¿Options and Accessories (Refer to Specification Sheet for details) ¿Quantity: (1) One Each Line Item #00040: ¿Rig, Install, Inspect, & Program the Outboard Motor provided by the refuge ¿Delivery charge if applicable Delivery Schedule: Delivery of the preceding items no later than 60 Days ARO Delivery and Acceptance: FOB Destination Delivery Location: Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, 2756 Dam Road, Errol, NH 03579 Terms & Conditions: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. - Quotes will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit with its offer.
